How to Use:

Starting from the lower cheek, sweep cream out & up. Tap fingertips across cheeks avoiding eye contour.

Place fingers under cheekbones, then smooth outwards and upwards along cheekbones.

Gently pinch chin with your fingers, moving up your jawline in one sweeping motion.

Starting in the middle of the forehead, massage in circular motions moving out to the temples. Pat any excess in with your ring finger

How to Use ?

AM

Cleanser: wash face 30–60 sec; rinse lukewarm.
Toner/Essence (optional): pat to prep skin.
Vitamin C/Antioxidant serum: 2–3 drops; let absorb.
Eye cream (optional): rice-grain per eye, tap gently.
Moisturizer: pea-size; seal in hydration.
Sunscreen: broad-spectrum SPF 30+; 2-finger rule; last step.

PM

Makeup remover/Cleansing balm: massage, rinse.
Cleanser: gentle second cleanse.
Exfoliant (AHA/BHA) 2–3×/week: apply thin layer; skip retinoid those nights.
Treatment/Serum: hydrating or targeted (niacinamide, peptides, etc.).
Retinoid (if used): pea-size, 2–4×/week; build slowly.
Eye cream (optional): tap in.
Moisturizer/Night cream: lock everything in.
Face oil (optional): 2–3 drops over moisturizer if very dry.

Mask (clay for oily, hydrating for dry): 1–2×/week after cleansing.
Sheet mask: 1×/week, then moisturizer.
