    How to Use ?
    AM

    • Cleanser: wash face 30–60 sec; rinse lukewarm.

    • Toner/Essence (optional): pat to prep skin.

    • Vitamin C/Antioxidant serum: 2–3 drops; let absorb.

    • Eye cream (optional): rice-grain per eye, tap gently.

    • Moisturizer: pea-size; seal in hydration.

    • Sunscreen: broad-spectrum SPF 30+; 2-finger rule; last step.

    • Makeup remover/Cleansing balm: massage, rinse.

    • Cleanser: gentle second cleanse.

    • Exfoliant (AHA/BHA) 2–3×/week: apply thin layer; skip retinoid those nights.

    • Treatment/Serum: hydrating or targeted (niacinamide, peptides, etc.).

    • Retinoid (if used): pea-size, 2–4×/week; build slowly.

    • Eye cream (optional): tap in.

    • Moisturizer/Night cream: lock everything in.

    • Face oil (optional): 2–3 drops over moisturizer if very dry.

    • Mask (clay for oily, hydrating for dry): 1–2×/week after cleansing.

    • Sheet mask: 1×/week, then moisturizer.
